A: Long Island Perfect Permits can provide you with an 
accurate estimate on the cost of your project and town fees. Each project is different so the cost varies from project to project.

Q: What will I have to do?

A: Once you have signed a contract with Long Island Perfect Permits, we will take care of all aspects of the job including drawings, applications, electrical, plumbing and town inspections.

Q: What forms of payments do you accept?

A: We accept personal checks and most major credit cards.

Q: What is the first step?

A: Call Long Island Perfect Permits and we will do a free search of your property to ascertain what your local town/village has on file. We will then set up a consultation to compare what the town has on file to what additional permits you may need.
